This dashboard identifies active items where the Alma location code does not match the On File status of the item at HD or ReCAP. Error conditions are:
- Item barcode is On File at HD / ReCAP but the item is not coded for HD / ReCAP location
- Item barcode is not On File at HD / ReCAP but the item location is coded for HD / ReCAP
- Item barcode is On File at both HD / ReCAP
