The Alma calendar only affects item due dates. It is not visible to public users in HOLLIS or on the library website. The library hours displayed in HOLLIS and on the library website are fed from a external source (Springshare LibCal) which does not integrate with Alma. To update these displayed hours, contact your library's LibCal liaison, or email hl_springsharehelp@harvard.edu to find out who that is. |

Alma does not receive a feed of library opening hours from any other source. Every library will have an Alma hours liaison. The liaison will formally report open hours to LTS twice a year (April and October) and review and report all hours for the next 12 months. However, any changes to the scheduled open hours should be reported to LTS via the Alma Support Form for update on an ad hoc basis.
Please use the Alma Library Hours template below , Library Hours: Spring 2023-Fall 2023 to update your library hours and submit them using the Alma Support Form. The dates in the calendar template below are a general schedule. Individual libraries should update it as needed to include custom schedules for their library.
