Fulfillment
Fulfillment is the process by which patrons borrow and return physical resources, or access electronic or digital resources, from Harvard libraries. As a primary function of Alma, Fulfillment includes all areas where requests for items are created and filled. This includes all circulation functions, pick lists, resource sharing, stack management, course reserves, billing & fines, etc.
