Clearing the User Look up user in the Search Users box on the Home ribbon. In the User record, update ID information, click Save, then click the top half of the Clear User button. |

Signing the User In From the Home ribbon in the User record, click the Sign User In button and use the dropdown to assign the user to a reading room. | |
Printing a Callslip Open the Request record and click the Print Callslip button on the Home ribbon. To re-print a callslip, choose the Reprint Callslip option (this option will be greyed out until after initial callslip has been printed). | |
Batch Process The Batch Process allows you to process multiple transactions at once by choosing the process you want to perform, typing the transaction number into the Transaction Number field, and pressing enter, or by scanning the call slip barcode. | |
Checking Items Out On the Home ribbon, click the Process drop down. Choose the Batch Process: Check Out option. | |
Putting Items on Hold On the Home ribbon, click the Process drop down (as above). Choose the Batch Process: Place on Hold option. | |
Reshelving the Item On the Home ribbon, click the Process drop down (as above). Choose the Batch Process: Reshelve Item option. | |
Signing the User Out of the Reading Room From the Home screen, right click on the user in the Signed In Users box and click Sign Out User. To mark the user as Away, choose the Set to Away option. |
