1. Files uploaded to WordPress are publicly accessible

Documents and images uploaded to WordPress (such as .PDF, .PPT, .DOC, .JPG, .PNG, etc.) are publicly accessible independently of your site access restriction. If you need to restrict access to a specific file, please upload it to SharePoint and include the SharePoint link on your intranet site. We are looking into ways to improve this.

2. Edit menu bug

Intranet site editors are unable to edit (re-save) the menu when existing menu pages have been deleted as this creates a page not found conflict in the edit menu interface. Please contact the helpdesk@hsph.harvard.edu to remedy the issue.
