Instructions for logging in to the staging site
- Note: You will need to enter basic authorization credentials the first time you visit this URL (it's a popup box that appears under the site address bar when you open the above link)

- Once you have submitted basic authorization credentials, you will be re-routed to a Harvard Key login. Follow the usual Harvard Key steps to login and be brought back to the new site's dashboard
Who is eligible for WordPress access?
WordPress users must have HarvardKey credentials. This includes individuals whose primary affiliation is with a hospital or with another Harvard school.
Resource emails and shared accounts are not eligible for user access. Only individual people can be designated as WordPress users.
How to request WordPress access
Only entity content owners may request that IT create new users for their entity.
Use this form to request access for new users.
- Please be sure to select the correct entity on the form (e.g. choose your faculty lab rather than the academic department the lab is affiliated with).
- When filling out the form, please use the email address that the individual uses to log in to HarvardKey.
Note: If this user already has access to a different entity in WordPress, then they will not receive an automatic email notifying them about access to additional entities. Users should log in and see the new entity in their entity list within 48 hours.
