- Susan, Adrien, and Dorothy attending SAA next week.
- Lewis on vacation from next Tuesday until September 4.
- Performance Conversations are all done.
- September will be a busy month - Alma workflow and changes; students will be back for the semester.
- Alma meeting will be set up after SAA to check in with people.
- Susan, Vernica, and Adrien met to work out the LDR and 008 code issues -- Will set up templates for everyone to use; code "pc" (mixed material) will be used in LDR for archival materials; fixed dates field in 008 to be OCLC compatible. All documentation available on wiki.
- Search to fill Elaine's position will begin this month.
- In September, Horblit room will be the focus in preparation for the renovation next year.
- Waiting for a report from the Strategic Planning Task Force. Site visit with the architects occurred 8/9/18.
- Patron orders for digitization have been steady.
- DRS documentation will need to be looked at for improvement of workflow.
- Lewis is waiting for renaming of SharePoint where all the financial information is found. Will migrate in September when Lewis returns from vacation.
