Transfer containers (or bins) are provided by the Harvard Depository (HD), Harvard Library's off-site high density storage facility in Southborough, MA.
- New books routed to the Harvard Depository (HD) are placed in grey bins supplied by HD.
- Books donated to our approved vendor are placed in blue bins.
- Books returning to HD are placed in red bins.
- Media Pickup Request Form (For scheduling transfers of new material or returns/refiles to HD)
- Container Supply Order Form (For ordering storage boxes or media transfer containers, typically grey bins)
