Statistics are gathered for each completed volume (processed and sent to HD or stacks). The assistant may collect this information any way the assistant wants. One method of collection is to save the duplicate barcode not used when volumes are barcoded.
When collecting the information, indicate which volumes used a CMI, phase box, prefab, or envelope (Books). Report the information as indicated below:
Book Hospital (Total=90)
Books: 1
Prefab/CMI: 89
Phase boxes: 0
Email work statistics to the Technical Services Assistant every week or two weeks by email according to the instructions of the Technical Services Assistant.
