The implementation of the new IIIF design will be done as an Agile Scaled Scrum project, consisting of three sub-projects, each with its own team. The sub-projects are:
- IIIF Asset Delivery
- IIIF Services
- IIIF Viewer
Each team will have a daily stand-up, while a once-weekly Scaled Scrum standup will sync up the teams.
For the overall project, the following roles will continue across the sub-projects:
- Stu Snydman - Business Owner
- Vitaly Zakuta - Project and Program Manager
- Anthony Moulen - Project Architect
