Previously we have : https://arxiv.org/pdf/1909.13346.pdf

Initial assessment of monocrystalline
silicon solar cells as large-area
sensors for precise flux calibration paper

Improvements to be made:

a.

c.

Chris tried the silver epoxy wasn't healing properly with oven

CNS suggested wire bonding

  1. replace the plastic holder design with a different design
    previously we have

  2. considering this option
  3. Chris also suggested, "mount a conductor on the Aluminum plate to which the solar cell is glued, and run the wire bonds inwards. That would require, however, making a wire bond with a delta-z of 0.2 inch or so"
    Inquired via email.

  4. Is 3D printing of plastic parts an option? heard seas have free 3D printers?
