The purpose of this Handbook is to serve as a comprehensive, easy reference tool for managing Harvard Depository (HD) accounts, handling client account inquiries, and supporting overall records management workflows. The Handbook can be used for records management on-boarding and training or as a resource for team members who are covering HD duties. The Handbook should function as a guideline for most common HD procedures, but when new questions arise, users should consult the Longwood Medical Area Records Manager and Archivist. The Handbook also contains workflows for other records management activities.
