How do I resubscribe someone who accidentally unsubscribed or opted-out?
Unless you have been given access to a no-opt-out account, Emma email recipients always have the ability to opt-out from emails from your subaccount. Opting out of emails from one subaccount will not affect whether someone receives emails from a different Harvard Chan School subaccount. If you are using Subscriptions to organize your list and send emails, recipients can click "update my preferences" at the bottom of any email and unsubscribe from specific Subscriptions.
Email recipients may opt-out or unsubscribe accidentally, and sometimes people want to opt back in or resubscribe. The easiest way to accomplish this is to send them a link to the sub-account's sign-up form. Submitting the sign-up form will opt the person back into receiving mail from that sub-account. Additionally, they will be resubscribed to any topics they select on the sign-up form. If your sub-account doesn't have a sign-up form, please see Emma's documentation for how to create a sign-up form.
