This dashboard presents bibliographic and holdings data for Harvard theses and dissertations. The records in Alma are created by the ETDs@Harvard automated project. Google Library Inventory includes the following data:
Alma derived item, holdings, and bibliographic metadata for over 1 million Harvard volumes sent for scanning from 2004-present
Google data for tracking items through the scanning workflow including check-in date, date of scan, and viewability
Google data for scan quality and OCR accuracy
Google data for physical condition of items including items rejected for scanning due to condition
HathiTrust data for copyright status, full text availability, scanning agent and more
URNs linking to full text, if available
The dashboard has numerous prompts and a default display of core data. All columns from the Subject Area are available to include in the dashboard. See the dashboard customization documentation for instructions on adding, excluding re-ordering dashboard columns. To open the Hathi Scanned Item Link right click twice on the URN and select the option "Open link in new tab".
