FAQ

  1. If you cannot access SharePoint because you don’t have the correct HSPH credentials, email webredesign@hsph.harvard.edu to receive a copy of the sample spreadsheet.

  1. If you manage more than one entity, you may combine all your entity redirects into a single table. Do not use tabs.

  1. If you take no action, all old URLs not included in this spreadsheet will be redirected to your new entity’s landing page.

  1. This spreadsheet is ONLY for redirects that point to the new flagship website. Do not include redirects to the Intranet or to external websites.

  1. If you have a high volume of pages on your old site, we recommend that you focus on high traffic pages.

  1. Do not request redirects for programmatically migrated news, events, and publications. These will be created automatically.
