Add project user(s) to Work Container, Harvard: Place Names lists

Add Work Container field to project:

  • Field Type: List Field

  • Field label: Work Container

  • List selection: Work Containers

  • Values: Accept one value only

  • Cataloging forms: Full Record, along with any others desired

Add Work Container Sequence field to project:

  • Field Type: Number Field

  • Field label: Work Container Sequence

  • Cataloging forms: Full Record, along with any others desired

Position new fields on full or other cataloging forms as desired
