Animals in the library

The Harvard Library follows University guidelines, and service animals are permitted in Harvard Library spaces. The Music Library's process is for Access Services to initiate any conversations with patrons about their animals if/as needed. Staff other than Access should not confront patrons in the Library about their animals. If you see an animal in the library and have questions or concerns, please talk with our Access Services staff.
