Dealers' descriptions

Occasionally, items in the end-processing queue we receive dealers' descriptions with the items we are processing. If they are potentially useful to researchers or staff, these should be removed to the Curatorial File in a folder with the item's call number written on it. Add the following text to the item's holdings record in a 562 field: "Dealer's description removed to Curatorial File. $$5 mus"
