Wireless access

Many of Isham's users are not affiliated with Harvard University. If an unaffiliated user needs more bandwidth on the open Harvard network than is freely available already, it can be arranged by a staff member. Access can be granted on the spot or in advance.

Instructions are found here: https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=bde6891437d732803dc68ff1b3990e8a

The instructions don't specify what happens after the guest account is created. Here are the steps:

  1. User chooses Harvard University as their network (no password).
  2. User visits getonline.harvard.edu.
  3. User logs in with their new credentials.
