1. Locate the object ID in Archives Space or Alma. 
2. Once you have the object ID, retrieve the files from the DRS2 using the download by object ID.
3. On left-hand dropdown, select All Items in Result Set
4. Under Actions select Download Files
5. Once files are downloaded, move them to a folder on the desktop.
6. Open A new box will pop up asking for a dropbox location.
   1. Enter drs2_houftp in the field.
7. Login to WinSCP to access the files.
8. Open Adobe Photoshop
9. To convert the JP2 files to JPEG
   1. Under File select Scripts, then Image Processor. 
   2. Select Folder to import
   3. Select location to save processed images
   4. File Type
      1. Check Save as JPEG
10. Once all JP2 files have been converted to JPEG, open Adobe Acrobat.
11. Under Tools, select Combine Files.
12. Save new PDF with Aeon transaction number to desktop.
13. Upload the image(s) to Aeon and email the patron.
