Library Technology Services and Harvard Library staff are engaging in a Pilot project to extend batch load functions to library staff to create bibliographic records and stub holdings and items from Excel/CSV and other file types, either locally created or provided by vendors.
Pilot Milestones
- Testing by pre-pilot participant and creation of generic load profile in Alma (February 2018).
- Creation of training program/documentation, based on Batch Load Bibs/Holdings/Items training materials (February 2018).
