- NextCloud Authorization SSO by Grouper group – use HL Staff Directory group?
- Proposal: Business Owner Approver and Liaison for each unit file staging area will be granted unit/local admin access in NextCloud and can create user accounts within the unit.
- BO is responsible for onboarding and offboarding users in NextCloud
- Option: LTS Support can double check user removal as part of HL/HUIT admin offboarding process
- Data security compliance – do we need double signoff and LTS oversight/auditing of user permissions, or can we stay out of it?
