- All scan requests will initiate in HOLLIS, with a link to ILLiad
- After resource sharing staff have exhausted all other fulfillment networks, the request will be sent to SCSB via ILLiad.
- The request will be "finished" in ILLiad after sending through SCSB.
- ReCAP will email article to ill@harvard.edu
- If the item is not on shelf, too fragile, or otherwise unavailable for scanning, ReCAP will email ill@harvard.edu and inform them of this
- Resource sharing staff will upload the article in ILLiad, which sends to the patron.
