Issues found in "Reading Lists Associated with Bad Terms"

IssueSolutionNotes
Reading list meant for a different course semester, mistakenly associated with incorrect course semester.Remove association from incorrect course, associate with correct course. Most commonly an old list being reused but mistakenly has just been rolled over and associated with the same old course rather than the new course semester.
Reading list associated with multiple courses, including incorrect course. Remove association with incorrect course, leave association with correct course. Usually course list rolled over and associated with both initial "incorrect" semester as well as new "correct" semester.
Reading list duplicated or rolled over multiple times. One copy of the “new” list is associated with the old course semester as well as one copy of the “new” list associated with the correct course semester. Delete and purge the duplicate list(s) associated with the old course. This is distinct from the issue above. These are cases where there are duplicates of the same list associated with both old and new semesters.
Check for deleted “new” lists associated with the wrong terms. Purge these deleted lists from Alma.Creator clearly realized their mistake and deleted the list but didn't purge it.

Issues found in "Courses with Multiple Reading Lists"

IssueSolutionNotes
Superfluous duplicate reading list was accidentally created and has already been deleted. Purge deleted reading listThis seems to be the most common scenario with newer courses
One of the associated reading lists is associated with multiple courses. So in essence two reading lists are associated with the same course, one is the correct reading list for the course while the other is a reading list for a completely different course that somehow became associated with this course. Remove the association of the incorrect reading list. Check to make sure it is correctly associated with its corresponding course or find the corresponding course and associate the list to it.  It is clear by the reading list title which course association is a mistake.
Reading list created twice for a course. One is a complete list while the other is empty or not marked complete.  Delete and Purge empty/incomplete list. Leave list that is processed and marked complete.
Multiple unique reading lists attached to the same course. One or more of these reading lists belong to different course semesters which don't exist in Alma. Guidance from LTS. We can leave these older list issues that came about prior to Alma/Leganto. No need to fix.  These are all from courses that predate Alma/Leganto.
