Page Comparison

The first step in this process is locating the image ID in your browserThis is the second step in retrieving high resolution files for patrons. For instructions on finding JP2 ID, please visit Finding IDs in Chrome.

Downloading by File ID

1. Go to http://nrs.harvard.edu/urn-3:hul:drs2-admin and login with Harvard Key.
2. Choose Files in dropdown box.
3. Enter the file ID in field.
   
   

   1. This will bring up the JP2 ID.

   2. Click Relationships in left hand menu.

   3. If there is a tiff tile, click on link and download TIFF file. 

      

   d.If there isn’t a TIFF file, navigate back to JP2 and download JP2 by clicking on download button. Convert JP2 to TIFF.

      5. Follow the instructions to upload the file to Aeon.  

Downloading by Object ID

1. If downloading an object, chose Object in dropdown drop down box and add ID in empty field.
2. Click on the object file.
   
   
   1. This will bring up all the files relating to the object.
   2. Organize the files so that they are sequence order. Do this by clicking on the top of the top of the column.
   3. The files will be organized by naming file and in order starting with the number 0001. Navigate until you see the sequence you need.
   4. Click on ID to download TIFF file.
      
   Follow the instructions to upload the file to Aeon.
