Other Discoveries

  • SEC items can be loaned at SEC. Good. (See above "Loans of SEC GEN Items at SEC")
  • SEC items cannot be loaned a non-SEC locations without an override. This surprised Julie, but is fine. (Not documented above. Tested as an afterthought.)
  • SEC items can be returned at SEC. Good. (See above "Returns of SEC GEN Items at SEC")
  • SEC items cannot be returned at non-SEC locations without an override. This is an issue because users can return items to any library. (Not documented above. Tested as an afterthought.)
  • non-SEC items loaned at SEC = Needs testing Julie Petzold
  • non-SEC items cannot be returned at SEC without an override. This is okay because if an item happens to have an active request for the SEC lockers it would mess up our established workflow. (Not documented above. Tested as an afterthought.)
