9. Exhibit Afterlife
See the Appendices section of this wiki for a list of past exhibitions and links to related material.
a. Web presence
Confirm that pages for all past exhibitions will continue to live on Radcliffe site in perpetuity.
The online versions of Schlesinger exhibitions that are posted to the HRI website will stay up even after the end of the physical exhibitions. Committee members may need to remind Comms to remove references on the website to viewing exhibitions and registering for tours once the exhibition has been switched over in order to avoid any confusion from visitors about which exhibition is currently on display at any particular moment.
b. Documentation
Confirm that Sharepoint is the only/best place for documentation of past exhibits to live and make notes about ideal ways to organize/label that documentation? Is there a central repository for one or two key items, i.e. finalized registry for easy reference to items? Will Library staff know that this is where to look if questions about past exhibition materials come up?
Folders from past exhibitions will continue to live on the RIAS-Schlesinger Exhibitions SharePoint site as an archive. Ideally, the materials in them should be edited and organized after the end of the exhibition to make sure everything is clearly and consistently labelled. The Registrar should also make sure the registry checklist is fully complete and finalized.
