General information about PO Line templates

Creating and using PO Line templates can save time when creating a POL.

The templates save information from the POL summary tab. They do not save the Purchase type or PO Line owner fields

See: List of fields saved in a POL Template

A user can chose from a set of Public templates or create any number of their own private templates

Public templates

    • Can be used by everyone;
    • Can be created by everyone;
    • Only the template owner or an Acquisitions Administrator can edit or delete a public template.

Private templates

    • Can only be seen and used by the template owner / creator.
