Client layout filters allow you customize your Aeon view. There are a lot of ways to use filters in Aeon. Some of the most common are described below, but you can find out more about filters from the Atlas Aeon documentation.

If you add a filter to any grid, it will remain part of the layout associated with your client user account unless you remove it.

Reading Room Filter

If you work in a reading room, you can filter the Signed In Users group on the Dashboard to display only the users signed into your reading room.

With a user signed into your reading room:

1. Click on the small funnel icon that appears when you

hover over the Location column header.

2. From the list of Locations that appear, click on your

reading room name.

The filter will be displayed at the bottom of the Signed In

Users group.

User Search Filter

You can filter out user accounts that are no longer active, such as disavowed and imported accounts, from your Dashboard user quick search.

1. Search for any user from the Dashboard.

2. Right click on any column header and select the

Filter Editor option.

3. Click on the gray plus icon to add a filter.

4. Click on the Last Name text to see a list of user

fields. Select the Cleared field.

5. Select the Is any of operator.

6. Enter the Yes, No, and EXP values into the list. You

can enter additional values into the list by clicking on

the gray plus icon next to the close parenthesis.
