TTVersaDAC

TipTone version of the classic VersaDAC 16-bit 4-channel D/A board.  It can be used in a backplane as DecaDAC or underneath a TipTop1590BB as BabyDAC2.  The backplane version can be controlled either with backplane SPI signals or with LVDS lines, depending on FPGA programming and resistor configuring.
