Contact or refer people to Lynn Sayers to coordinate the scheduling of meetings and events in any of these rooms. 

POLICIES

Rooms B30, B30A, 110 (Larsen Room), and 310 (Media Lab Annex) are spaces in Lamont Library that are not scheduled for regular classes through the registrar. These spaces can be scheduled by any FAS staff or Central Administration Harvard Library staff for workshops, training and meetings through Lynn Sayers. In extraordinary circumstances, exceptions can be requested through Martin Schreiner, Director of Maps and Media Services in Lamont.

When these rooms are not scheduled by staff, students can use them on a first come basis.

Room 220 is a small room available to any FAS Library staff to schedule for consultations and is accessible by card-swipe from 8am to 5pm M-F for meetings and other one-time or short-term needs. After 5pm and on weekends the room is open for students to use on a first come basis. This room can be scheduled through Lynn Sayers or by contacting Lynn for access to the room 220 OutLook Calendar for FAS Library staff to schedule themselves.       

Rooms 230 and 240 are classroom spaces managed by FAS Instructional Media Services and scheduled for classes through the registrar. During times when these rooms are not scheduled, anyone can use the space on a first come basis.

Media Lab (west side) can be reserved by FAS staff for consultations and workshops involving data and data visualization with small groups of 2 to 8 people. Space can be reserved by contacting hclmedia@fas.harvard.edu   

Lamont Forum Room is available to groups and organizations across the Harvard Community. It is frequently used for presentations, large meetings and events. Official student organizations and groups also schedule this room. Scheduling and room set-ups are coordinated through Lynn Sayers.
