  • For hardware or software issues on any public workstation in the B level Media Lab, alert the Student Media Consultant behind the lab desk. If the issue cannot be quickly resolved or no SMC is available, contact Clayton Scoble at: hclmedia@fas.harvard.edu
  • For hardware or software issues on room B-30's resident PCs or loaner MacBooks, contact Erinlea McGowan-Moniz at: erinlea_mcgowan-moniz@harvard.edu
