Vicarious Trauma Resources for Staff

A Vicarious Trauma Task Force was convened at the Library in 2024 after all-staff trainings with the Australian Society of Archivists on Implementing Trauma-Informed Archival Practice in late 2023. The Sharepoint document linked here collects the Task Force's notes on what vicarious trauma is and how it can affect information workers as well as a growing list of resources designed to help staff respond to vicarious trauma.
