Other Admin Access (updated 8 Jun 2022)

AtlasBI - There should be admin staff with the Administrator role in AtlasBI to change status of users to allow Viewer (running reports) and Contributor (editing/creating) access, likely including at least one library staff member (perhaps on the Aeon Management Task Force). Currently, this only includes LTS staff.

Aeon Drive (T:) - Some admin staff should have access to edit items on the T: drive (most Aeon users do not have this ability). They would need to be added to the HUL-AeonAdmin-RW permissions group following the instructions on the Access to the Aeon Network Drive page (and swapping out this permission group for the one listed there).

Requesting New Staff Accounts and System Changes

New staff client accounts or client account changes should be requested through LTS following these instructions.

System configuration changes should be submitted to the Harvard primary contact and backup contract. The current primary contact is Spruill Hardercontact. Any changes to the Harvard Aeon web pages will be drafted and submitted to Atlas Systems staff by the primary or backup contact for the system, and Atlas staff will modify the pages as requested.  Changes Changes to settings in the Customization Manager will be managed by the system contacts at Harvard.
