Submissions Process
The submissions process is a multi-step one, summarized below. For more detailed information on any step, see child pages.
- Submitter fills out CURIOSity Project Submission form and creates a list (preferably in spreadsheet form) of all the digital objects included in the proposed site
- List should include a) object ID, in the form of Hollis Numbers and/or Ref IDs & b) object title
- Digital Collection Program Manager shares submission with Review Committee and schedules time to review and decide
- Approved submissions are submitted by the Digital Collections Program Manager via the CURIOSity Request Form
- DCPM will fill out form using the information submitted, and listing the submitter as the "curator" for the site
- Submitter will follow rest of steps in collaboration with the CURIOSity Service team
