Brief description of project

  • To support the Gutman Lockers, we need a new circ desk and hold shelf at the Gutman Library – this includes a unique "item on hold shelf" notice, see here.
  • Workflow for Gutman Lockers: See /wiki/spaces/AccessServices/pages/57448987 for an example workflow. Gutman-specific documentation is forthcoming, but the Alma related work will follow the same processes (substitute "Countway Medicine - MED Circulation" with "Gutman Education - GUT Circulation" and "Countway Book Locker" with "Gutman Book Locker")

Configuration

  • Printing: 
    • Send loan receipts (like MED)? Yes
    • Will configure QP printing for loan receipts (Like GUT circ)
  • Stop code configuration
    • Notify ILL/BD (Resource Sharing staff) – Julie
    • Notify HTC/HD/RD staff (SCSB) –KY
    • Check with developers if changes needed to request translator (LTS) -KY

    1. If received at Gutman Circ, Alma tells us to route to Gutman Lockers
