Steps on how to add a "Create from template" button to a page. 

Instructions [Heading]

  1. Press Ctrl Shift A to open the macro menu. Select the Create from template macro.
  2. Add button text. 
  3. Specify the template to create from.
  4. Click Insert to add the macro.


Remember that a template and the pages created from it are not linked. If you update the template, the changes will not be reflected in pages created by that template.
