LTS Support Services

 

LTS triages and responds to support requests 9-5, Monday through Friday.  On weekends and holidays, in the event of a Library Systems emergency (i.e. system is down) call the HUIT 24/7 Operations Desk at (617) 495-7777. Please specify that you are calling about a library system.
