Collection retrieval

If necessary, recall the collection from the Harvard Depository and locate place for temporary stack storage during processing. Determine the physical space needed for processing the collection and if the collection is especially large or requires special handing, consult with the Associate Librarian for Technical Services to make suitable arrangements. Use AEON (our special collections circulation and workflow system) to check out the collection material to yourself.
If you have determined that there are disparate accessions that need to be unified into one collection, recall them all and unify them.
