HoroI2CAdapter
This board allows a microcontroller to monitor up to 4 RF detector boards over an I2C port. It assumes that the detector board are configured as parallel output, not SPI.
Each detector board has four outputs which are latched high when the RF input exceeds a threshold. A low reset input pulse clears the latches.
HoroI2CAdapter uses the SC18IS602B I2C to SPI bridge. It uses the SPI interface to read a 16-bit shift register which has 4 status lines from each detector board.

Be careful about the treatment of 5V. USB won't be able to power more than one RF detector board, so to test with multiple boards, you will want to power each board from a 5V supply, and cut the 5V connections on the ribbon cables from the HoroI2CAdapter boards to the detector boards.
