Refunding a Credit Card Transaction

Credit card transactions may be refunded, in part or in full, within 90 days of payment. Refunding a credit card must be done by an authorized staff member through the Touchnet website.

To access the Touchnet login screen, use this URL - https://secure.touchnet.net/central

Once logged in, navigate to Applications>Marketplace

Then Marketplace Home > Imaging Services > Payment Search

Enter Payment Gateway Reference Number (best) (also seen as TPG Reference Number) or other information to identify a single transaction

Click on System Tracking ID of the transaction you would like to refund

Click on Refund and complete transaction

Partial or full refunds can be made. Processing to the GL is automatic.

Remember to update the Aeon Order to reflect the refund.
