908 Cataloging status -- DISCONTINUED

As of April 2020, use of the 908 field to indicate provisional or complete status of cataloging was discontinued. Application of the 914 to the Bibliographic Record essentially replaces the functionality of the 'p' and records using the 914 will not go out to OCLC. See here for further information on the 914 field.

Enter 'p' for provisionally cataloged.

Enter ‘c’ for cataloged.

Enter the date manually as yyyymmdd followed by your initials, e.g. 20181022ah
