Publishing news and annoucements
Your news page highlights your top 3 recent news (posts) in a new grid format. The featured images are pulled from each news post and prominently displayed. If a news post doesn't include a featured image, a default graphic will be displayed instead. The remaining news posts are shown below in a list format and displayed chronologically.

Using the new sticky post feature
You can actively display older news posts in your news grid using the sticky post feature. These are the steps to make a post sticky.
1 - Go to your "All News" page.
2 - Click on the "Quick Edit" link of the post you would like to make sticky.
3 - Click on the "Make this post sticky" checkbox.
4 - Click "Update" to Save
5 - Your sticky post now displays in the first new grid position like this:
Note: You can make up to 3(-6) news posts sticky and override the most recent news posts.
How to display featured news in the sidebar using Featured News widget
1 - In your site Dashboard, mouse over "Appearance" and click on "Widgets".
2 - Drag and drop the "Featured News" widget into your Main Sidebar area.
3 - Give your widget a Title. The widget will automatically save.
4- Your Featured News widget will display in your website's sidebar like this:
