The intranet includes new features designed to enhance collaboration and promote internal content.
Below is the overview of the new features:

Intranet users can be assigned one of three roles that dictate what they can and can't do on that Intranet site. | ||
By default, content on the intranet is hidden from the public and accessible to HarvardKey holders only. However you have the ability to selectively make intranet sites or individual pages accessible to the public. Please consider carefully before making content public. | ||
You can actively display older news posts in your news grid using the sticky post feature. | ||
Show Table of Contents | For complex intranet sites with a lot of pages and multiple levels of nested content, this feature allows you to keep the top navigation clean and simple by offering a second level of navigation for the current section of content. | |
Event Calendar | The Events Calendar is a versatile WordPress plugin designed to simplify event management on your website.
