MS Indic

MS Indic manuscripts are meant to be read as openings and they are digitized in that way.

1. Scan the recto of the first folio.
2. Flip it over, so the verso is visible and lay it directly above and facing the recto of the second folio. 
3. Once that opening is scanned, flip the second folio, so that the verso is now above and facing the recto of the third folio.
4. Continue until end of manuscript.
