LibAnswers
- Acquisition opportunities that surface as LibAnswer inquiries are to be closed and assigned to the appropriate CHM collector. Donor correspondence should not be conducted in LibAnswers thereafter. At closing, the LibAnswer transaction should be marked as "acquisitions."
- Data collection, even very brief declines, should be marked in the CHoM Donor Funnel so that all acquisition events end up in the Donor Funnel by the end of the fiscal year. Origins in LibAnswers should be listed in the appropriate Donor Funnel field.
- Acquisition events that start in CHM collector email should not be forwarded into LibAnswers.
