Daily auto-sync lists

If you have access to one or more daily auto-sync lists, they will appear in your “Groups." Groups that need to send regular emails to all students, all staff, or all academic appointees at Harvard Chan School will be provided with access to these lists at the time of their subaccount setup. These lists are synchronized nightly with up-to-date data from Harvard's Person Data Service API using the queries seen below. Additionally, each of the auto-sync lists has a  Manually Managed List managed in Emma that's also synchronized daily. This allows list manager to add people to auto-sync lists that aren't captured by the queries below. The criteria used to define the below auto-sync queries are defined by the respective list managers specified below.
