This documentation details pre- and post-imaging workflows in the processing of patron-driven, or “Over the Counter” (OTC) orders for deposit for deposit to the DRS. Project digitization workflows differ in some key areas within the OTC workflows. Four primary parts are considered: Metadata Creation, Linking in Aleph, Linking in OASIS, and Internal Record Keeping. Metadata creation and its associated activities are described in the Pre-imaging Workflow; the other processes are described in a Post-imaging Workflow which takes place after material has been scanned and deposited. , Harvard's digital repository.
