Printed Ephemera

Overview

Printed ephemera subject files are found in collector-arranged collections which include a wide variety of material types and are to be processed quickly.

Sorting

Depending on the nature of of the collection itself, do the following:

Use genre term "printed ephemera" for all items.
Maintain original order and folder titles whenever possible.
Indicate in scope and content note that original order of collector has been preserved.

(1) Ages ago. Subject file : printed ephemera, 1870. 1 folder.

(55) Trinity College. Subject file : printed ephemera, 1937. 1 folder.
