There are many ways to get support during the website migration process.
Office hours
The Office of Communications hosts weekly content migration and design optimization office hours. Sign up for Office Hours here.
Slack
Join us on the Digital Comms Slack. Follow this link to sign up.
Technical WordPress support
You can provide feedback to us on technical issues or bugs while logged into WordPress.
Navigate to the page or block where you encountered the problem. Then click the red “Report Issue” button on the right hand side of the screen.
You’ll see a pop-up window with a screen shot of your current browser view. Please fill in all fields carefully. It’s important to select “yes” or “no” to the question “Is this preventing you from entering content?”
When you have filled in all fields, click “Send Issue”
